What is Air-Roasted Coffee?
Ever experienced coffee with a burnt flavor? That burnt taste is often a sign of poor-quality roasting, typically from conventional drum roasters where the "chaff" (the outer shell of the bean) remains during the roast. This leftover chaff leads to a burnt, acidic aftertaste.
In contrast, air roasting removes the chaff, which rises into the cyclone and is collected separately, preventing it from burning and ensuring a smooth, low-acidity roast.
Where is my package?
Once your package is shipped, you’ll receive an automatic email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package. If you encounter any issues, please contact us at info@catbali.com.
How should I store my coffee? How long does it last?
When storing coffee, keep it away from humidity until you’re ready to brew it. Store your ground coffee in a dark, airtight container at room temperature to keep it fresh for up to 4 weeks. Whole beans in an airtight container can stay fresh for over a month.
How safe is it to order online?
We use only the safest payment processing services available online. If you have any security concerns, please review the security measures of our payment processors: PayPal.com, Shopify Payments, or GabPay.
How do I enter Discount Codes?
On the final checkout page, before you complete your purchase, there’s a box to enter your discount code. After entering the code, click "Apply" to update your total with the discount.
How can I change my order after it's been placed?
Due to the speed at which we process orders to ensure freshness, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed. This policy allows us to deliver the freshest coffee to our customers without delay.
How do I change a subscription?
You can manage your subscription through your customer account. At the bottom of your account page, you’ll find a "Manage Subscription" button. Alternatively, contact us at info@catbali.com.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
