By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/First Class or UPS and typically delivered within 2-7 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation—not from the date you place your order.
*For orders outside the USA, USPS international rates apply.
Once your coffee is handed over to our shipping partners, CatBali Coffee Company is not responsible for any damage, delays, or lost packages that may occur during transit. Any claims should be filed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
CatBali Coffee Company is not liable for delays, lost packages, held packages, returned packages, or other shipping issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. We appreciate your understanding!
